My Background
My name is Alex Beaulieu and for a large portion of my life I had very limited experience with anything remotely related to spirituality: I grew up in a non-religious household in the Washington DC area, studied business and politics in undergrad, and held various positions in finance and technology companies.
It wasn't until later on when events came together in my life that awakened me and led me down a path of seeking greater understanding of everything around us.
Eventually on this path, I met a teacher who passed on insights from his decades of seeking higher knowledge and understanding.
Now just as I've been greatly helped, I'd love to do the same for others who are also curious and interested to learn more. Whether with myself or another guide, embarking on this path is truly a life-long journey of continual growth and evolution, and it takes disciplined work. But from my own experience the fulfillment is truly limitless....
My background includes topics such as: energy healing, limiting subconscious beliefs, soul and body vibrations (awareness levels), chakras + energy bodies, kundalini, grounding with Earth, 'negative' entity attachment, herbal supplements, and food diet impact among others.
I am based in sunny Northeast Florida but perform services remotely globally. When I’m not coaching, you can find me relaxing on a beach / on the water, working on a household project, or surrounding myself with family and friends.

I'm currently offering free soul vibration readings (the level of awareness your soul possesses) + free 45-minute video consultations for new clients. My hope is doing so can provide you an 'easier' path to get started and understand if this is something that feels right for you. Ultimately we must each decide for ourselves and there is no one 'right' path for everyone.

My spiritual readings help you discover your soul's vibration, giving you a deeper understanding of your current awareness level which can act as a foundational element for greater spiritual growth and spiritual development.
You will receive a spiritual reading of your soul vibration. For the reading I use a measurement system called the chakras scale which has a range from 1-7 (i.e. soul vibration of 3.8). The vibration ultimately represents your soul's awareness level. I will also provide you additional context so you can better understand its meaning (and you can refer to this blog post in the meantime).

This is a 45-minute video session where we meet 1-to-1
In our one-on-one spiritual coaching sessions, we address both standard and spiritual factors—your beliefs, emotions, experiences, and life situation—as well as the lesser seen forces shaping your path, like your subconscious mind and soul’s mission. As a spiritual coach, I will aim to provide you with both important contextual knowledge as well as techniques that you can utilize in your daily life. We can also cover any questions you may have.
Having a spiritual coach working alongside you can better ensure you aren't biasing and deluding yourself (as I and others have found is quite easy to do even for more 'advanced' spirituals). It can also provide you with a very helpful support system as you move along your journey.
